📢 Docker RP fix for v2.5.0

👋 Hi Lilypad Resource Providers!

After reports of errors when running the Lilypad Docker Resource Provider with Lilypad v2.5.0, a new Docker image has been published that waits for Bacalhau to start running before starting the resource provider.

Resource providers who use Docker can use the updated image from: https://github.com/Lilypad-Tech/lilypad/pkgs/container/resource-provider/272886932?tag=main. This is a temporary measure as our next release will contain the changes.
